Edward (Ed) Thomson

Edward Thomson is a Program Manager at Microsoft, where he works on version control systems.  He helps ensure that people are using Git and version control to build and deliver their software more effectively.

Before becoming a Program Manager, Ed was a software engineer working on version control tools at Microsoft, GitHub and SourceGear. He’s the author of the Git for Visual Studio video training from O’Reilly Media and a frequent conference speaker.
